ATM Stole R500

<p>On Wednesday at around 6am I withdrew R1000 at Caltex garage in Pretoria, the machine only released R500. I called the bank same day and an investigation was opened. </p> <p>This morning I receive a stupid sms saying no surplus was found therefore no credit will be made to me. I have used this bank for about 5years and never experienced issues. It's sad that I have to consider other banks because of this, I wasted my money and time on the line with your consultants and you don't have the decency and urgency to call me rather than the silly sms you have sent.</p> <p>Now I must call this Cindy Sasman for any enquiries, reference ********** 4- ***of maan. I am communicating with HR about moving my salary and as soon as I am done paying your loan, hope we never cross paths again.</p> <p>How can you insinuate that I stole my own money and I am therefore trying to rob or play the bank? **** Capitec and it's garage ATMs. Don't ****en bother calling me to repeat the stupid contents of your stupid sms, if there is no alternative then ***of, I am seeing Standard bank and FNB tomorrow, can't wait to hear what they have got to offer me, hope they have reliable ATMs.</p>
