ATM short cash no resolution

I sent myself a c number R500 and withdrew it but the park ATM in Beverly Hills engen garage inneastorn road the atm only gave me R300 n the 29th of May I went to the branch to log a complaint immediately and I was told the matter will be resolved and during the week tried to follow up on the chat box but I was promised a call for reference *** assisted by Ziya who **** to me and on the weekend I went to the evaton branch again still given another reference number no assistance, was advised to call in , I did call last week Wednesday on the 11th of June assisted by Rele who gave me a reference number *** still awaiting assistance till date when I chat on whatsapp there's no query logged I don't understand why there's a back and forth without a solution I don't understand which investigation are they conducting that takes more than a month for R200 that I didn't get from an atm
