ATM ****

Good day, I'm writing this on behalf of my mother. She was ****med by someone at Capitec ATM. When my mother was trying to withdraw some money at the ATM, the ATM didn't give both her money and card after some guy tried to help her out (she didn't ask). After few minutes the money was withdrawn from a different Capitec ATM while my mom was still waiting for her money and card. Her last R2000 was withdrawn, she reported this issue at Capitec but she was told that they can do nothing about it.When she reported this issue at Capitec bank, she actually wanted to open a case, hoping that Capitec bank could help her find the perpetrator by checking cameras using time frame. She was told that nothing can be done about it.
