ATM machine went off line with my cash

On Tuesday the 3rd of June I went to deposit money at the Capitec ATM festival mall in kempton park , as soon as I put the money in that machine the server shut down and the machine gave a message that reads out of service , went in the bank and logged a complaint and they gave me a reference number for my query , today it is Saturday and I still don’t know where is my money , called their customer care and I was told they are waiting for their investigating team to go open up that machine , I mean since Tuesday the problem was not attended to because even on their watsapp self service it is standing on investigation , all I wanted was to deposit the cash and now I’m suffering because of their faulty machine , I have to wait 7-14 days for them to investigate , where is the service that capitec preaches about , it is my money and I want it , can someone from Capitec get on with this problem , I want my money 14 days is way to long.
