Atm machine

<p>Capitec has fully functional ATM machines almost every where but Ivory Park, the only machine at d Kopanong Shopping Center. The machine at Kopanong Shopping Center inside Pick n Pay always shows 'balance only' and 90% of the time never allows withdrawal. This is an inconvenience as it forces us to deal with the cashiers at Pick n pay with stinking attitudes who only allow withdrawals on a time table, one minute u can withdraw, next minute withdrawals are not allowed, at times u are told to spend at least R10+ in order to withdraw. At times we resort to using other bank's ATMS and not only are they costly, they aren't safe. Ppl always complain about the ATMS swallowing their cards and money vanishing. We have no choice but to take that risk knowing very well that if our monies disappear, Capitec will tell u that u compromised ur card yet they leave us with NO CHOICE. I am not happy, plus I still have an unresolved problem with my mobile banking app, u guys have been investigating since early this year. I am forced to use public WiFi in order to access my app, that on its own isn't safe and I am at risk of being ****med. Help</p>
