ATM issues

Hi I have been just disgusted with service from Durbanville Capitec in wellington road , as I approached the ATM outside the bank to use it , two ladies that work at capitec was standing outside wanting to close the ATM Shutter . I arrived at 12h56 and was not able to use the ATM due to them closing now but I was there early and it would not have taken me that long to withdraw. The lady said that I must come back on Monday what a terrible advice to give the customer and not being accommodating to me and not even apologizing when I asked her. VERY BAD SERVICE.
