ATM ISSUES

Today I was at a Capitec ATM to withdraw money from my Tymebank account, I proceeded to withdraw my money however the money did not come out of the ATM but it was reported that the money came out of my account l, I then went into the Capitec branch and they said I should contact my bank but it their ATM that I was using I’m sure they have cameras for a reason at the ATMs they should look at the footage and see that I didn’t receive my money because I just lost R3030
