ATM issue

Yesterday I had an issue with a ATM at Jabulani mall Capitec. The machine went ofline after while transacting my cardless withdrawal. Unfortunately the transaction went through however the machine did not extract the money. I just want to thank your stuff from both branches for the amazing services. Paballo and Isiah for trying to help out and Refilwe for wonderfully assisting. When I woke up the matter was resolved, your Turn around time with resolving issues is out of this world.
