I recently withdrew money with my Capitec card at the ABSA atm in Escombe Malvern. I requested for a certain amount but the machine dispensed less than half, and the full amount came off my Capitec account. After number calls i waited almost a month, this incident happened on 5 Nov 2022. I had to call back today to find out that it was resolved on the 19th, without any feedback from Capitec. ABSA bank said that the machine dispensed the full amount which is a blatant lie. I moved to Capitec because of the hype but the customer service is less than impressive. I tried calling Capitecs complaints department after receiving 2 numbers to call and i kept going through to general enquiries. I am not satisfied with the outcome as i feel i was blatantly ******.
