ATM FAULT/ ERROR

On 24/09/2021 07:43 & 07:44 I withdraw R2000 2x on St Georges ATM near Spar at Durban.

The first one did not come out, the ATM did that counting sound but it did not come out. I tried again for the second time and I received it. I even waited for the person who was behind me to withdraw just to double check but still it did not come out.

I was never involved in LOOTING so please do not make me pays for all those damages.

On the 28/09/2021 all your ATM's were not working so it is clear that the fault is/was on your side.
