ATM Dispute

On the 13th of June 2024, i went to capitec(Middelburg , Mpumalanga) to deposit money into my account. As i was busy depositing money, the ATM stopped working with my money inside. I stood there for almost 30 minutes hoping that it will reverse my money but it didn’t. Until one of the workers came and try to assist, nothing happened. I went inside the bank with the guy and logged a call to whoever was gonna help. Until today, i did not get my money. They said there was no money in the ATM. How?

I am really not happy with capitec, and I still want my R9000 back
