ATM didnt WIthdraw my Money Because of Loadshedding

On 12 July 2022 @8:04am I withdrew money from the ATM, to pay for my school Tuition, the ATM suddenly went off because of load shedding, i received a sms notification indicating that I withdrew the money, the money went out of my account. I raised it with the local branch, however till this day there has not been any assistance. I'm extremally frustrated with the service at Capitec, my family now thinks I have ****** the money. please advise on the way forward, now i can't attend school because I have not received the money to pay.
