ATM DEPOSIT MULFUNCITIONING

I had the worst experience last night with this bank at vaalmall atms around 21:25pm,I deposited money for rent, the machine failed to complete the deposit, displayed transactions: cancalled (goodbye) then, I waited for it to release my funds, but nothing happened machine turned off and on off again...I never got my money back.now I had to buy airtime and call their non freeline, for them to tell me to wait 48 hours...this bank it might be cheap with transaction but they are not reliable, customers services from the is terrible 😢 I need that money back...I guess it's time for change....those atms are old how can you have so many clients and fail to service your atms, having to make us queue it's not enough....you have 4 atms only one works it's really annoying....get your acts in order....I want my number.....48 hours it's way too long to wait.......
