Atm deposit machine

<p>Went to a Capitec atm machine in eldorado park on the 8/08/2016 to deposit R150.00 rand the machine took the 100 note and two 20rand notes and a 10 rand note the atm took the notes and only returned a 20rand note didn't even give a the opition to put in the account number I pressed cancel when I realized something was wrong the I went to the door to call a consultant who can and also pressed cancel and still nothing happened so I went into the backend took a ticket number there the consultant made a call and the person on the other side of the line said they can see the 130 the arm took but then said the machine dispensed out other money when somebody else made a withdrawal now they telling me the matter is under investigation I might get my 130 back or I might not get it back what bull**** is this I give Capitec the thumbs down today18/08/2016 I'm very disappointed in this matter I might even close all my accounts at Capitec </p>
