ATM deposit failure

Went to capitec to deposit money and the Atm failed to deposit, the consultant asked me to go inside and log a query of which i did (***) reference, i was told my money will reflect in my account in 48hrs or else… we now heading to 72hrs, that money was for emergencies now my son doesn’t hve money for schooler transport, why must we suffer for in the hands of capitec poor service… why cant you just pay the money
