ATM deposit

Capitec is awful and *****ulent, yesterday I went to deposit from a capitec bank in bellvile money into my account R1190. While I was was waiting for the machine to verify the noted the machine just went out of service, I called a branch assistant tejy advised I should wait which I did. After few minutes the atm was now working and had no option of returning my money back. The capitec representative said get it, they then raised ND enquiry and advised I should wait 24 hours my money will be back and until now my koney is not there. I tried the whatsapp chat they telling me something different that it's still under investigation. But for how long and what about my money? And I want my money as in yesterday
