ATM crashed while depositing and never got the money

Number 1, Capetic ATM in the Braamfontein branch, apparently does not have cameras. Number 2, the investigations take forever, and there are no updates, I have to keep following up. I was depositing money in the ATM, and the money got stuck, the receiver didn't receive the money, it came out and the staff assured me that no one would get the money even if the machine started working again. I was told to go inside the branch so they could log a call. They have been logging call since the 26 of July when the incident happened. I still haven't had any update or a solution.
