ATM CLOSED

Good day.

Today at around 05:45 I wanted to visit a Capitec ATM in Upington, the branch in town.

To my surprise, the ATM....WAS CLOSED!!

Please explain to me....where must I withdraw money if every ATM is closed? I will not withdraw at another ATM and let me be bear the additional costs.

If I am not mistaken, an ATM is supposed to be available 24/7. This was the first time I wanted to visit a ATM so early in the morning...and to my surprise...it was closed.

I cannot wait for Capitec to explain this to me.
