ATM CASH WITHDRAWAL REVERSAL

I drew money from a CAPITEC ATM (BRANDED) and then my money never came out of the machine. I called Capitec call center who advised they will get back to me within 24-48 hours, NO RESPONSE, then called after 48 hours they said its not assigned to anyone to assist me. Then called again today only to be told its NOT their ATM, its SPARKS? it will take 14 days to get a response, as they need to request it from this company.

Firstly the ATM did not say OUT OF ORDER, because the guy that works at the petrol station said there is no money in the machine. So why do they allow withdrawals.

Secondly the period in which to wait for money is ridiculous as im out of Pocket with this amount.

I paid R8.00 charges by CAPITEC which also needs to be refunded back to me.

Please respond and refund my money back
