ATM cash deposit

I deposited R1100 on Capitec ATM Kuilsriver Checkers however ATM rejected an amount of R300 and retained the balance of R800 without credit my account. I reported this with Capitec the same day (cash number:***) however had the case is till pending till today with out proper feedback.the SLA was 24-48hrs. I Have constantly been calling ever-increasing and the response is the Cash deposit department is still investigating. What investigation takes more over a month. What upsets me the most is that no one bothers to call and give me feedback
