ATM

Tried to withdraw from a Capitec ATM and it cancelled the transaction without giving the funds, 10 mins when I checked my balance the funds are not there and the transaction history shows withdrawal was successful. I then called the Customer Care line only to find out it would take 48 hours for the funds to be reversed. A huge inconvenience and ******* process as it was a technical error on Capitec side so why should the customer be so inconvenienced.
