DebiCheck debit order collected from my daughter's account without ever authorising this transaction on the app or in any other way. The debit order by Debtsafe was collected without authorizing Debtsafe to do so, and without authorising ANY such Debit with Capitec.

This fraufulant transaction thus goes deeper than just Debtsafe. Capitec unwilling to assist, ***** department refuse to investigate.
