On the 10 November 2025 I went and claimed my funeral policy my policy cover R30 000 . Capitec: Case No: ***0. Your claim was approved. The money will be in your Capitec account within 6hrs or 24hrs for other banks. FSP46669. Licensed Life Insurer: Capitec Life (IN0248) FSP 54090. T&Cs.After long enquiry and follow up they paid me R21 000 instead of R30 000.I went back to the branch a complain I submitted banking statement as a proof.Tillnow no response from Capitec .Hello Peter please intervene cause I lost hope
