At Capitec banki have a loan, they extended loan terms with 20 months claiming its a corona interest but that has nothing to do with me. Because we never discuss.

I have a broblem with Capitec bank. I took a loan from them in 2019 November for 72 months repayment term paying R4100 a month. Due to my finecial problem I ask them to decrease monthly instalment to R3600 in February 2020, which extends my paying terms to 102 months and they did that.

All the above mentioned information was happened before the pendemic story. But now my problem when I check on my monthly terms, it shows that they added 18 months more in 102 months which makes up a total of 120 months That they expect me to repay.

When ask them about it they say it's because of the corona and everyone have interest increase. Whareas we never discuss about that , and I'm not everyone and that has nothing to do with me. Therefore Capitec bank has poor service. They must bring back the agreed monthly terms and stop being ******. I call this *****ing my money without my permission. So please help me out hello Peter.
