I had an unpleasant incident at the Brackenfell Hypermarket branch of Capitec where racial bias appears to be evident when serving customers. have reported the incident both in the branch and have written to their head office, detailing the time and also supplying a photograph of the staff involved. I have not received a reply nor less an explanation of why this has happened, 25 days after the incident was first reported Capitec customer service at this branch is appalling.
