@ 2am No access to my money system down

<p>Just filled my tank and now I can't pay because capitec is offline. I just called the call centre to find out why is my card ddeclining , even tried atm nothing. spoke to zekhona and her response was the is nothing I can do the problem will be sorted in the next hour. It's 2 am so I am expected to wait till it's solve? why not send sms to say systems are down ? same thing happened last year to me and all I got is I can not do anythin. To even add more this girl hangs up on me, are your staff not trained ? please tell me what must I do now because the is no comunication? i must wait till what time? poor customer service. so unprofessional. I am really annoyed a poor courtesy of an sms.</p>
