Associate to Mercantile Bank not delivering on service promised

Please be very wary of this sneaky salesman associated with Mercantile bank. Over promises and under delivers on installation of energy solutions. Does not complete installation up to level as agreed and lies and empty promises are all you get as follow-up service. Over charges and then you end up with extra out-of-pocket expenses to get the system up and running.
