Assistance with repayment of loan

Good day, I have a loan with Capitec. My monthly installment is +- R8000.00 per month. My husband had a huge salary reduction so alot of the expenses I must cover now. The main one is our rent of R6000 per month. I asked Capitec if they can assist me just for 3 months for now to reduce my monthly installment to R4000 per month. My husband is looking for a second job. Capitec said they can't assist, they can only do R6900.00 per month.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the previous relief you granted but my financial circumstances did not change yet. I therefore kindly request an extension or review.

I remain committed to repaying the full loan amount.
