Assistance in a urgent matter

I called in to get assistance with an arrangement at first i didnt get assistance as though the consultant did not want to assist

I then tried a second time and got through to Garth Hendricks He was super helpful and very understanding of my situation We need more people like Garth that had a Humane approach towards customers Keep doing great things Garth!!
