Assessment unfairness

Yesterday, 2019/06/18, I was finally invited for an assessment with Capitec which they dragged to invite me to since April.

I arrived at the venue at 9:05am and the assessment was meant to start at 9:30am. But it actually started 25 minutes later.

I find that the assessment are not fair because 1. The books used for question papers are torn and have marks all over making it hard to read 2. They do not say how many questions one should answer but they have a minimum number 3. After writing you are not even told where you were wrong or at least shown your script After writing and I was told that I didn’t make I was given a stupid paper stating what I should do more often, for someone currently doing her second qualification, always reading and cable of finishing a 300+ page book in Day I find it weird that now I can’t read fast enough.

How do you expect someone to read from a torn book with thousands of marking on each and every question. I could tell that the HR lady was shocked that I didn’t make because she noticed I read faster than everyone in our team, when we did the example. But going further with the questions and reading was a problem

I honestly believe that my assessment was not conducted fairly. I know that if I was given a second opportunity I was going to make it provided the errors I mentioned are fixed

There is no where you find a person writing using torn and marked papers. Our brains function differently.
