Assessment never received, dissapointment

Capitec called me for an interview on monday but said i had to do an assessment first, i will receive an sms to do the assessment, but i never received the link, i tried to contact HR in vereeniging but no respons, this is unproffesional to get people excited to go for an interview for a good company, people that are qwalified for the job, i am so dissapointed in capitec right now.!
