Assessment

I was interviewed for an assessment with Capitec bank on the 31/10/2018. I’m sure there was about 20 of us who arrived for the assessment. We were told there’s 3 sections that make up the assessment and they were categorized by round of elimination. Right from the first round, only 4 of us made it through to second assessment right up until the third assessment. On the third assessment, myself and this other lady were told we didn’t make it through and would be only permitted to write another assessment after 12 months of which I find this to be completely unfair as they disregarded the two passed and we weren’t given a chance to see where we had gone wrong if we had gone wrong. I’m honestly not pleased in the way in which Capitec conducts their assessments. It doesn’t provide a fair try even for those who got kicked off in the first round.
