Assesment issue

Hi my name is Edwin Mmusi and I was called by Capitec HR which told me that I was shorlisted for a service consultant position and I had to go and write an assesment test. I got an sms on the 13/10/17 which gave me link to practice and that stated that I will be told when I will write within 3weeks but today is the 14/11/17 and im still waiting. I never got a call nor a missed call so im wondering what could be wrong. I would be glad if im assisted.
