I went to your Wynberg mall branch 2nd floor . my number was 152 I told the consultant I need a paid up letter she advised I should go over to that machine and get one myself. I asked how long the credit bureau update will take she couldn't confirm, I asked her to confirm that the debit orders are cancelled, she advised she would need to call the headoffice to confirm. she asked me why do I look like I'm on edge ,.. W T F how the hell do you speak to your paying clients like that.
