Arrears when I pay more than monthly instalments
I have loan with capitec , been paying extra on my monthly since last year December when I changed my bank . But now when I check my balance it said R6 000 and some rands but now it says R8 000 which I do not understand on top of that am in arrears with R793 how when I been paying more . This month I paid R800 extra . Feel like capitec ripping me off
