arrears i don't know off

i went to FNB to apply for a loan but i was told that my loan was unsuccessful when i asked them why?<br> the guy that was assisting called trans union to find out why my loan is being rejected trans union says i have an account that i did not pay from capitec bank which is not true. therefore i went to capitec to find out about the arrears in my account when i get to capitec bank only to find out i have no arrears in my account. so now my question is how can capitec bank list me as a bad payer whilst i have never missed any payments with you <br> i make sure i pay all my accounts every month, i need to know why trans union says i haven't pay you for 3 months.
