Arrears
I received the massage which say I'm in arrears, I'm owing money to the bank, while the incompetence of capitec bank that didn't didacts the money. The lady that was calling me was rude and did not have a clear answers to me. She failed to explain to me why I am having this problem for the first time because I never experienced this before
