Arrangements with capitec went sour

Guyz ive tried making arrangements before i was un employed they said i must be in arrears. Ok i hellopeterd them but stil they said the same thing no change.

After i lost my job I couldn't pay, ok i called them made arrangements, i payed when i managed to because i was un employed.

So i tried to pay i couldn't

So in december i yold them im waiting on a new job an offer letter that is. Ok fine i started on 10 January 2022,

Ok fine I was off sick and this post is not permanent, so I had to stay home, and I had already made arrangements with capitec for my credit facility and my loan that i took.

Ok fine, today i called tried to explain They said i could arrange for the loan only because the credit facility will deduct 2000+-, I asked why ,the lady said I have been promisong to pay but I didnt pay so the chances to arrange are over,

And i really dont Understand because Ive made everything to try and pay.

Now ive moved from EC to Jozi, and i need to get a placr to stay, i need a bed, I need food but capitec doesnt want to meet me half way

Please guys help me because im doing the best ICan

Capitec bank is being unfair and also they dont say these things when giving out a loan
