Arrangements for Loan Instalment

<p>I phoned the call centre last month, asking if I can make arrangements for a lower loan instalmetn as I'm having cash flow problems. They directed me to the branch as I had to scan a request from a branch to ask for lower instalments.</p> <p>I was instructed by the call centre that I can make arrangements for 6 months.</p> <p>I went to the branch and was told I had to phone the call centre.</p> <p><br />Can some one please help me to make arrangements for my instalment ? I'm up to date, but will have problems from next month. I'm coming to you before I have a problem...the loan was done through a call centre, surely the call centre can assist me to make arrangements?</p> <p> </p>
