Arrangements every ow and then

Hi, I receive calls everyday from consultants that my account is in arrears. Here is what happened, I have severaly made payment arrangements of R2000,00 per month for the combined loans I have with Capitec. Everytime this people call me they tell me that there are no arrangements in place as if that is my problem. This is ****** getting out of hand.

Kindly make arrangements of R2000-00 debit every month, R1000 for loan, and R1000 for facilities, that will be a total of R2000-00 deducted from my account for the next 8 months. I have already made an initial payment of R1000-00 to honour the previous arrangement, and this was acknowledged by your colleague.
