Arrangement not honoured by Capitec Bank

I was a hired as a student at Bmw, made necessary arrangements with the bank, and recently got a fixed contract in June. So in July i made a new arrangement that I pay 1500 because before I was paying less. Was told that the arrangement will be in PLACE for 6 months by a consultant, and that I would come back after then to get all my external accounts consolidated.

So now in Sep , on 21st we got paid our salary, and made my regular payment. And on today Tuesday 25th I get another amount (+2k) , I get a late notification that money is in, and immediately the money went out to the loan account. So I call collection dept, spoke to a consultant named Klaas, explain I had made an arrangement and asked to have the money reversed, and now to my surprise he tells me I had made no arrangement. I further explain to him I even went to the branch to make sure about the new arrangements. He still insists I made no arrangement, and mind you it's the same month I think I opened funeral policy with capitec, I was also there to enq about it.

So now capitec deducted over double of what we agreed on, I feel very disappointed because I had kept on my word and capitec is now not. I speak highly of the bank because prior to this I had no issues with them, but now I feel left down and thinking of changing banks , because now there are no guarantees that I will be treated fairly. Even when I explain to the consultant, they dead on convinced like they were there , and I know they were very wrong, I have a call recording of the day I made my new arrangement. I can't stay with such a bank if this is how they make business
