Are the banks really on our side?
Cant believe I'm being made out to be the Offender when I sold something to someone, Then they call the bank saying it was ***** and the bank askes me if they can return the money! I mean seriously. Then the amount disappears from my account with no email confirmation or reference number!!!

09 Oct 2021, 07:26So now after a week, after submitting all supporting information requested by the bank. They have not given me a reference number or contact person. I see on my account they have decided to reverse the funds back to the person who purchased something from me. How are we safe if you receive funds for selling something to someone. And then the bank reverses the funds? This is just not right! I call the bank and get transferred to the manager who can’t even assist me. Like can I get some real customer service please?
