i did a on line application for a loan with Capitec bank and i was called by lady called Bathandwa at first she professional and she the verification once she was done she ask me to email the back payslips and bank statement, of which i did email them, and she emailed me back to confirm that she got the documents later she called me back to finish the application she was no longer professional as the first time it more like she was bored and she was busy interrogation me about accounts that i have for over 5years i was treated like a ********. I thought Capitec bank is setting a pace but infect is doing the opposite
