Apple.com amount going off my account. I don't have a subscription with Apple nor products

I have a Apple.com amount of R14,99 dated 10 Decemver 2025 that is pending to go off my account. I don't even have an Apple account or products. This has happened before and the issue was resolved by Capitec. I just spoke to an Capitec agent who told me I have to cancel my Apple subscription. How can I cancel something that I don't have. Some of us cannot afford such amounts going off our accounts. Please resolve this issue and reverse this pending amount. Thanks.
