What is the point of stopping a debit order and informing the bank that one did not give the provider authority.

I currently have the admin of stopping the nudebt debit and monthly a disclaimer pops up to note that for atleast 6 months the debit order for that service provider won't go through but every month I must stop the debit order.

This is horrible service that impacts my authorized debit orders because the bank that I gave trust to cannot save guard my money.

I have my authorized debit orders bouncing and impacts my credit score.

The negligence leads to now taking the admin of changing the bank
