Appalling, useless agents!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT KIND OF AGENTS DO YOU GUYS EMPLOY???????? the customer service is appalling to say the least even via WhatsApp Chat???????? You guys seriously need to invest in training. LITHA and Azola, 2 of your WhatsApp agents ended the chat when I the customer was not done with them, leaving me with an unresolved query. I need a manager to give a call ASAP. If not I will teach Capitec how to deal with customers.
