Appalling Service one of its worst

I must really say i do find capitec bank consultants service very much appalling, I went to Capitec branch in Bluff Durban in need of service. My account has been handed over and i needed to make arrangemets for paying my loan account. While i was inquiring the details of the company my account has been handed over to, i was then verbally attacked by another consultant who wasn't even helping me in the first place. Celeste Carvalho had a very terrible attitude and was very unprofessional in her conduct. I have been dealing with Capitec bank for a while now and with such conduct i am really considering cutting all ties i have with the bank and go to an institution that respects their clients.
