Appalling Service, No customer service s****s whatsoever

Yesterday I was at capitec bank in La Lucia mall to get assistance with my banking app. I was assisted by a very stuck-up consultant who was seated at cubicle number 3. I told her I had my app removed from my phone but could not re-install it again since it kept saying it was not compatible with my tablet which is rather strange. I also advised her that the only way the app would be installed on my phone is if it were sent to me using the "share it" app then I would install it and login. She kept giving me a whole lot of "cants" instead of what she could try do to assist me. I felt it was ridiculous that one would have to get a new device or go pay money to have software upgraded on their phones just to get the Capitec app. I have the FNB app on my tablet which i must add is only 3 months old. I may be unreasonable here but if I were a consultant assisting a customer in this situation I would at least get up from my desk and check with my manager if I were allowed to use my cellphone to send the app to the customer and assist them to login and use it. This is what we call giving a customer the ultimate customer service experience. going the extra mile. would transferring an app to a client that cannot download it on their phone really affect capitec? would it give the customer the bank's secret codes? Much as staff cannot be on their phones during working hours, I do not see it being a problem if it is used to assist a client. GUESS WHAT?? I asked her to give me a print-out with my banking app username, I asked a friend to send me the app using "share it", entered my credentials and it is working PERFECTLY. The consultant at the bank could've easily done this, she didnt have to, but she could have. It is called going the extra mile, providing awesome customer service. Had I been asked to rate her service, she would've definately gotten a zero.
