Appalling service

Absolutely the worse bank in the world!! They closed my query without even communicating with me!! On Friday 29/11/2024 I was sent money from a different bank and when I went to withdraw I received an sms that the money is out but I never got the money from that ATM at Acornhoek!! Now I'm being sent from pillar to post for my money!!! Capitec I want my money back!! You can't mess with me like that.
