APPALLING SERVICE AT THE HORIZON VIEW BRANCH!!!

APPALLING SERVICE AT THE HORIZON VIEW BRANCH!!!. On Friday I forgot my card at the Horizon View branch in Roodepoort. I got miss call & a text with no time frame to come and collect it and when I got there today Monday morning I was told my card has been destroyed!!! Why??? Who will pay for the new card fees??. Why text me to come and collect it but then destroy it?? How many customers have you ******* the card fees by destroying their card without their consent??. I was told Rosie is the one who destroy it and no advice or whatsoever from the rude coloured guy who used to work at Capitec Westgate mall who is the reason why I stop using the Westgate branch by Checkers ground floor coz that’s how rude he is! Instead he started talking to a phone and I ask him are you calling Rosie and he said no and left me standing there!. I want my card back and I will not be paying for the damn card fees as it’s a broad day light *******!!. I want this sorted out NOW!! And I’m ready to migrate to another bank tomorrow before the end of the day as I’m sick and tired of your *********** staff and bad service!!.
